A garden for up to 600 guests and a covered private hall, on the Carretera a Guadalajara. Weddings, quinceañeras, graduations and company events, with the banquet handled by our own kitchen.
Hacienda de Piedra has spaces built for everything from an intimate gathering to a party of 600, with the same service and the same kitchen that carry the restaurant every day.
The garden is a wide open-air space, framed by cypress trees and quarry-stone walls, for weddings, quinceañeras, baptisms, graduations and anniversaries.
Inside the restaurant, the covered private hall hosts executive meetings, training sessions, engagement parties, civil weddings and business lunches.
One venue, any size
From a hall for sixty to a garden for six hundred. Menus are designed for each kind of event and shaped around the group, not the other way around.

Event garden
Up to 600 guests outdoors. Weddings, civil ceremonies, quinceañeras, baptisms, graduations, anniversaries and family parties, set up however the occasion calls for.

An enclosed, covered space inside the restaurant for corporate events, executive meetings, training sessions, birthdays and engagement parties.

No event is outsourced. Everything is handled by the kitchen at Hacienda de Piedra Restaurante, with the same quality and the same flavor we serve every day.

Live cooking stations
Salsas ground in the molcajete and tortillas pressed by hand in front of your guests. The kitchen does not hide: it is part of the party too.

Everything over fire
The cuts come off the same grill, and the short rib and the barbacoa out of the same stone oven as the restaurant, after twelve hours of cooking.

Plated banquet, buffet or multi-course dinner: we build the menu with you, for any occasion, and you taste it before the event.

Breakfast for groups
The Saturday and Sunday breakfast buffet, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM, works beautifully for baby showers, send-offs, welcome parties, birthdays and graduations: $299 adults and $199 kids, drinks included. On weekdays we arrange private breakfasts for groups of 60 or more.
What people say about our events
We had my daughter's wedding in the garden and it all went exactly as we planned it. The setup looked beautiful, and the food, which was our biggest worry with 300 guests, came out hot and on time.
We celebrated my sister's quinceañera. The staff was on top of everything all night and helped us shift the timeline when we ran late with photos.
We rented the private hall for a training session. Good space, and the midday meal was way above what you expect at a work event.

Common questions
- How many people fit at Hacienda de Piedra?
- Up to 600 guests, with areas that adapt to smaller groups. The covered private hall takes small parties.
- How long does an event last?
- Five hours of event time. Extra hours can be added with prior authorization: $5,000 for the first hour at events of up to 300 guests and $7,000 at events over 300.
- How late can my party run?
- The cutoff time for any event is 1:00 AM.
- Is there a guest minimum?
- Yes, 200 adults for a full banquet. Smaller events are quoted as a venue rental.
- What does the event include?
- Five-hour rental of the area, tables, Tiffany chairs, linens, napkins, china, glassware, brewed coffee and house sodas. Full staff: one server for every 20 guests, a head waiter, a bartender, a hostess and security. Plus five hours of wine corkage, valet parking and coordination from signing to closing.
- Can I bring my own alcohol?
- Yes. Five hours of wine corkage are included. Bottles must be labeled and kept under the responsibility of a designated person.
- Can I bring my own DJ or band?
- Yes, with 15 days' notice and subject to the garden's rules.
- Is there a menu tasting?
- Yes. Once the event is booked, we hold a tasting for 4 people with 3 different menus and the option to mix dishes.
- How much is the kids' menu?
- $300 per child under 11: a slice of pizza, lasagna and dessert.
- How do I reserve my date?
- With a deposit and a signed contract. We offer three plans: a 50% deposit that locks in the agreed price, or 20% with two payoff options.
- When are the menu and the guest count finalized?
- The menu is set 30 days before the event and the final guest count 15 days before. After that date only increases are accepted, not reductions.
- How does parking work?
- We offer valet parking for your guests. The service does not include custody of vehicles, so we recommend not leaving valuables in sight.
- Is the food made by an outside caterer?
- No. Every event is handled by the kitchen at Hacienda de Piedra Restaurante. We are not a hall that rents out a kitchen: we are a restaurant with an event venue.
- Where is Hacienda de Piedra?
