2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you provide directly when you contact us to book a table or request a quote for an event:
- Name or company name.
- Phone number and email address.
- Details of the celebration: date, number of guests, type of event and menu preferences.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, nor asset-related or financial data, through this site. If such data becomes necessary in the course of a contract, it will be requested separately and with your express consent.
3. What we use it for
Primary purposes, necessary in order to serve you:
- Respond to your reservation or quote request.
- Prepare menu, setup and budget proposals.
- Coordinate and follow up on the contracted event.
- Issue receipts and invoices and comply with tax and contractual obligations.
Secondary purposes, which you may refuse without this affecting the service:
- Send you promotions, seasonal menus or event invitations.
- Measure your satisfaction with the service.
If you do not want us to use your data for the secondary purposes, write to us at contacto@haciendadepiedra.com and we will record it immediately.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only when it is essential in order to provide the service to you —for example, with suppliers of furniture, audio or other services contracted for your event— and with authorities that require it by legal mandate. In all cases, whoever receives it is obligated to process it in accordance with this Notice.
Apart from the above, browsing data is shared with the measurement and advertising providers detailed in section 6, only if you accepted those cookies.
5. Your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Objection)
You have the right to access your data, rectify it if it is inaccurate, cancel it when you consider that it is not necessary, and object to a specific use. You may also revoke the consent you have granted us.
To exercise them, send an email to contacto@haciendadepiedra.com stating your name, a means of replying to you, an official identification document and a clear description of what you are requesting. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
6. Browsing data, measurement and advertising
In addition to what you write to us, this site collects browsing data through third-party tools. This data is processed in aggregated or pseudonymized form and is used to understand how the site is used and to measure our campaigns. It includes: IP address (truncated where the tool allows it), device and browser type, operating system, language, pages visited, time spent, traffic source and the identifiers that the cookies themselves assign to your browser.
6.1 Tools we use
- Google Tag Manager — manages the site's measurement tags. On its own it does not store personal data, but it is the means by which the other tools are loaded.
- Google Analytics 4 — measures visits, page views, session duration, device and traffic source, by means of a pseudonymized identifier stored in your browser.
- Google Search Console — provides us with aggregated information about the searches for which the site appears. It does not make it possible to identify individuals.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — records actions within the site, such as visiting a page or clicking a contact button, in order to measure and optimize advertising campaigns and to show ads to similar audiences or to people who have already visited us.
- Meta Conversions API — sends those same events from our server. When any contact data is shared in order to link a conversion, it is transmitted encrypted with irreversible hash functions, never in plain text.
6.2 Your consent
The measurement and advertising tools are not activated until you accept them in the cookie notice that appears the first time you visit. From the Preferences button in that notice you can disable measurement, advertising or both: if you do, neither Analytics nor the Pixel is loaded, and no events are sent through the Conversions API. You can change your decision at any time from cookie preferences.
6.3 International transfers
Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. are companies with infrastructure outside Mexico, mainly in the United States and the European Union. By accepting these cookies, your browsing data is transferred to those providers in accordance with their own privacy policies and the contractual clauses they have in place. You can review them at policies.google.com/privacy y facebook.com/privacy/policy.
6.4 How to limit them on your own
In addition to our cookie panel, you can block or delete cookies from your browser settings, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how the site works.
7. Changes to this Notice
Any modification will be published on this same page, together with its update date. We suggest that you review it periodically.
If you consider that your right to data protection has been violated, you may turn to INAI, Mexico's National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (home.inai.org.mx).
